Random Thoughts 19

It never snows here. *sigh*

 

It's so fucking weird.

Two nights ago I couldn't get to sleep 'cause I was thinking about my trip to Kenya in the summer. Now I'm sitting here looking at a card a few of my mates got me just before I came to uni and all I can think is "so much has happened since then." One of the things they mentioned was seeing me at reading week when I came home, no one could have guessed why I'd really be home for the first time. I've got myself a girlfriend for the first time in so long. I'm also close to being in a new band though I haven't been anywhere near a stage to perform since my bands last gig, that'll be a strange thing to do. The weird thing is, I only miss home when I go back there. When I left, I left someone I was getting extremely close to and I haven't even spoken to her since I came here. Basically, what I'm trying to say is that life is so strange and feelings are so perculiar. I don't even wanna think about it anymore.
