Nope, you might be thinking of The Escapist, the second part of the track that ends the record. I thought I read somewhere that Life in Technicolor II was supposed to have vocals, but I could be wrong.

^^ Nah, it's definitely 19th. And Life In Technicolour ii is a full song compared to the Escapist which was just a bit with vocals. One review said Rainy Day sounds a lot like Viva La Vida so I'm really hyped for that.
It actually says the 19th in Sweden and Japan and then within the next 6 days everywhere else. So in the US, it would November 25th (presumably) because CDs are released on Tuesdays for the most part.
