Publically apologised to the "Lost Generation" of the indigenous culture about mistakes made by past generations and also announced compsensation benefits for them. I don't pay tax but I sure hate to think that my father's money is going towards them and not me. I was sick of the bitching going on from the Trade Unions. Showed his concerns over the building of Islamic schools in Camden. Hasn't done jackshit since. Is John Howard, but replaces the eyebrows with a combover. Still hasn't done social welfare (Centrelink) reforms to make their forms less confusing and less political redtape bullshit. Is no longer George Bush's bitch nor is he the Australian public's bitch no more. They must be related. They've both got that arrogant asshole smirk on them. And Peter Garrett is an exceptionally passionate man, who knows what he's talking about, cares about his political field, is an awesome musician and a great representation of what it is to be Australian. Rudd getting rid of the IR laws is the best thing any government has ever done for our working class, believe me I personally felt the effects of that bullshit of Howard's. The Stolen Generation issue needed to be closed, and the fucking Howard government spent 13 years claiming racism, mass killings and stealing children from their families, only 50 years ago, wasn't wrong? Kudos to Rudd for being man enough to admitt that Australia's History isn't perfect.
