Way back, we posted a Rolling Stone article which claimed Linkin Park had collaborated with Busta Rhymes on a track for his newest album. Now the reputable hip-hop news site SOHH.com has corroborated the initial announcement when describing the new album, I'm Blessed, after hearing it at a recent listening party. "The album also features appearances from Linkin Park, T-Pain along with production from longtime associates Pharrell and the legendary DJ Scratch." At the time the Rolling Stone article was published, the song was called "It Looks Like We Made It", and the album itself (then-named Back On My BS) was due for release in December 2007. Obviously, this has been pushed back, and therefore the LP track may not be titled the same. As more details surface, we will keep you posted. Source: SOHH Thanks to Sylar!
Do we think this will be a single? like, surely if you scored a collab with LP, you'd release it as a single? I know I would!
i was under the impression that it had been nothing more than a rumour -- all the same, i'm glad it's not just a rumour.
wow it hasnt come out? i was wondering that. Was still thinkin it was suppose to come out on December and I figured we all got embarrassed of the track and never mentioned it again and never heard nothing about this no more...lol
Also, Ill Bill's The Hour of Reprisal is set to come out June 17th, which is rumored to feature production from Mike, as well as a guest spot on the album's closing track.
