Monitor Problems

Im going to freak, i sent my monitor back and now its back all messed up, i had to use a monitor from 1942 so i had to change my resolution, now i cant get it back to how it used to be, the icons are HUGE and i have to scroll around with the mouse to get to hidden bits of my screen, even when i change the resolution to fit the screen, its well less than it used to be, and everythings massive, i used to be able to fit about 10 desktop icons in a line vertically, help!

 

so your resolution is too small? say 640 x 480 small or the icons are too big?

 

The resolution wont go back to its original size, its making me use the mouse to move along to hidden parts of the screen, and if i put it too something that fits fine, everythings huge

 

try checking the settings on the monitor and try changing the resolution in windows, if possible
