    Hey guys,
I'm going to the Linkin Park show in two weeks in germany and I want to know if someone of you already took a camera to a show. How strict are the camera checks on the entrance and how can I get the camera into the show?

It tends to depend on the venue. Outdoor concerts (like Projekt Revolution last summer) tend to me more lenient with cameras, while large indoor arenas tend to be more strict. I know the upcoming US arena tour has a no camera policy.

The easiest way of finding out is to call the venue no more than a couple days before the show, because they often change policy last-minute. I'd call right before leaving for the show.

if you bring a camera, please be very very careful... because they will take it away if they find out that your are filming in any kind of way... to an extent they might even throw you out if you don't comply... I learned from experience lol
