Okay, since the first day of school, my computer art teacher knew I was into computers, so he gave me a different project from everyone else. He gave me a project to make a self-portrait of myself using vertical lines. It had to be pixellated and it couldn't be a trace over. I've been working on it in class while the rest did the introduction work lol, and I'm finally almost done with it. What I had to do was scan a picture or load a picture into the computer and turn the hue to a black and white scale. Then drop the contrast to zero so it was pixellated so I could get the shadings. Then from there, I had to look at it and draw vertical lines in a new file. I worked on this in school, and organized it at home and this is the outcome. Click I know that you can just pixellate this with Photoshop, but I assure you, this was done all free hand . All the random lines are supposed to be either shading or hair lines. I know it probably looks like crap but I wanna' know what you guys think . Do you guys think this is A material? It's due Tuesday and I don't know if I need to fix anything. If you have ideas on how to make this better, please do tell me . Also, yes, I have been drawing with pixels for about 6 years now and I've had a lot and I mean A LOT of practice . And my teacher did the left side eye, so minus that from the entire image .
If you don't get an A for some stupid reason. Gimme your schools address and my foots gonna have a meet and greet with your teachers arse.
