Here's another person who thinks Don't Stay rocks. To me, it was kind of the hooker for Meteora, kind of like how Papercut was with HT. Hehe, like they say, assume makes an.... you get the idea. I think it kind of sucks that WB won't let artists choose what their next single will be. As much as I like Numb and it's video, I thought it would have been a lot better if LP had free choice to whatever single it wants. I bet the video for Don't Stay would have been awesome, too. With LP's love of videos and such... they probably had a bunch of ideas for Don't Stay.

I remember listening to this interview with Linkin Park on linkinpark.com, and LP were asked how their singles are chosen, and chester said that the songs that get the most airplay get to be singles. Except for the first single.

Even though its highly unlikely a 4th single will be released, I do however; agree with you. The chorus is very catchy. And unfortunately Bryan, the only way to get around is to quit the label. For instance "Wind-Up" is a very controlling record label and has forced two of its artists; Evanescence and Creed to do things they totally did not wish to do.
Don't Stay is gonna make it as a single, I'm almost sure. This is the most normal song of their album (compared to other bands, and that's only my point of view) so they can maybe aim at a wider public. But Figure.09, I don't think so... Don't know why, I don't feel like it is a hit song. Let's wait 3 months for an answer, that's about the time between single releases (SIB in March, Faint in June or something like this, and Numb in September).
