I'm not good at ranting but, here goes:

I'm really upset with people complaining about their 'favorite' vocalists being assholes, because they were in a bad mood once!

I mean, sure there are genuine assholes out there, but that doesn't mean every vocalist let's everything go to their head and becomes a jerk about it.

For instance: Chino Moreno punched this guy once at a concert for tugging at him like some lunatic. I know it may not be the right thing to do, but what if a whole crowd made up of 20000 people started tugging at you like they really needed your clothes or the mic you were holding? I'd probably act the same.

A few friends of mine saw it and labeled Chino as a complete asshole. Some think Trent's a jerk for being moody at a few of his concerts. But seriously, They're just human beings. They have bad days as well. We should be glad they don't call off concerts for having bad days.

I'd like to know who else is bothered by the fact, that some people write some vocalists off for having one 'bad day'

Thoughts please. (I didn't really want to put this in random thought...but I'm not really sure if it belongs here either...maybe other music? if it doesn't belong here, please move)

I don't like messing much into the personal lives or attitudes of my favourite singers/bandmembers. If they're moody, so what? If they're grumpy when people rip at their clothes, so what? I'd be pissed off as well, if people attempted to pull my fingers out of their sockets. If they're in a good mood, and are nice, well then that's just darn wonderful, isn't it? =]

But yes, when people bitch about vocalists/bandmembers being assholes, it's kind of annoying, especially as we don't actually know them. I'm just uber grateful to them for making the music they make and I enjoy.

    Agreed.
They're normal people too. They don't live a perfect life, and they have bad days.
It's quite normal for anyone to get pissed off when someones ripping your clothes off you and stuff.

People should stop whining about it. It's true; we don't know them personally.

I enjoy listening to the used, but i hate bert, I don't tell anyone though because my judgements are based on interviews and things i've 'Heard'. I don't have a film of his entire life or know him personally and see him every now and then so my opinion is probably full of crap. I think everyone should have this attitude.

But then everyone everywhere would just get worked up over one single fault that a band member did and hold a grudge against them for what ultimately would mean nothing :(

That'd suck, and I wouldn't want any of my friends to think like that. They'd all get over their music so quickly.

People who are as extreme as Axl Rose do simply seem like assholes. He never seemed to give a shit about his fans.
Compare him yo someone like Chester, or Travis Barker, who are willing to play entire shows with broken bones for their fans. They're the ones who deserves their fans adoration.
