Oh my God, you guys have developed feelings for this "character" in a video??

What if I called Britney Spears a broad? Same thing, right?

Derek, if I would have called her a broad to you via AIM, you wouldn't have said sh*t. Why are you acting all different here on the boards? Are you trying to make yourself look good for the ladies or something?

I hope this doesn't sound really off topic but...

The "Numb" video really pisses me off when it comes to graphics. The performance is dark, and the story-line is light (color wise). I'm really wanted to make one, and it's just not working with my style so I'm going to sit it out .

On the lines of all these debates, I just have to add my two cents, so here goes .

I have developed a 'feeling' for this character (not sexually, but emotionally). She's basically like how I am in my own life. I am quite the loner due to my style and the things that video shows has happened to me before. I've gotten the popular smack in the halls causing me to drop everything... I've gotten ditched many times--ditched in lunch where I sit alone... So no offense, but yes, I do have a character-connection here.

Now I wasn't targeting anyone... I was just saying my part on the situation and the video.

But more on topic--This is a challenge to be creative yet setting something to match... I can't actually make a graphic for the "Numb" video.. Sadly.

 

Sorry, but I'll be agreeing with Derek here.

You're so sweet to your girlfriend and yet you treat all these other girls with no respect at all.

However, you can go and say that Emma whatever from Harry Potter is hot?!

Give me a freakin' break.

And no, if you called Britney a broad that would STILL be disrespectful because she's still a woman. It doesn't matter who it is. I'm surprised you don't have chicks on your throat for that comment.

I agree. I also feel somewhat of a connection because I don't have that many friends in real life. I've been pushed around in the halls and whatnot, had my books knocked out of my hands, etc. I was once pushed down the stairs. So yeah, I know what you're talking about.

Oh thanks man. I really didn't work real hard on it, it took me like 10 minutes to do, and a real good banner takes like 30 minutes to do. i was just lazy.
