guys ... how can i vote for LP to win the awards ?

 

LP will take the best group award. In other two they'll get beaten by Justin.

And how the fuck did they not get a nomination for best rock?

Best Group is basically Best Rock. Rock dominates that category.

 

I don't care about anything that has to do with the VMA's. They're meaningless and stupid. It's more important that Linkin Park get some Grammy nominations. In that case, I would be happy.

 

I doubt they'll win all three..But they have to win at least one.

its it just me or does it seem like all the award shows barely recognize rock music (outside of fall out boy and panic! at the disco - which i dont really consider rock). the only chance you have at getting on one is if you make it on mtvs trl... which is 99.999999999999% pop music, or what i like to call, crap. thats why i hate mtv. its not music television, its pop music television 3 hours a day. btw have you ever seen those "24 hours of music" commercials they play on there??? its actually more like "3 hours of music before anyone wakes up in the morning" television...

 

I watch "Next" and "Exposed" at like 3 in the morning when there is nothing on. It is quite entertaining because the acting is so bad.

 

MTV is not as good as it was in the past. They rarely play videos and when they do, it's mostly rap. Even MTV2 is stooping down to their level. LP is one of the biggest bands ever but they tend to show more repect to fall out boy, which is to me, a boy band.

Glad to see them show Joe alittle respect as a director.

 

I think Linkin Park will definitely win. They have had a great year so far,with the new record and being part of the Transformers Soundtrack.I hope LP wins all 3 they are so much better than some of these other lame bands. Joe's an awesome director hopefully he will win Best Director category and be recognized for his great talent.The What I've Done video rocks!!I guess we will have to wait and see

linkin park deserves to win atleast two of the three categories. best of luck to them.
p.s. fall out boy should die of they win anything. i don't think they deserve it.

 

If you ask me, the Grammys are a bit meaningless as well. They have too many awards and they are very biased against hard-rock/metal (whose award they either don't broadcast or give the awards to artist that don't deserve them). The Beatles never won a Grammy. I rest my case. Anyway, the VMAs get crappier and
crappier every year. I'll still be watching to see if LP wins.
