I'm getting worried now, if the floods breaches the defences (5m wall) around the power station (the one that powers the whole of Gloucester City) I can expect no electricity for at least 5 days, already Gloucestershire is expecting to not have running water again for upto 2 weeks.

So all in all, yeh great summers hols..

 

They need to build more flood defenses around areas that are likely to flood. With all this climate change shit happening this is only gonna become more frequent.

I mean do they need to wait for the fucking Thames to be flooding through central london before they understand this?

 

Tell me about it. Shitting hell. It seems this is getting worse by the day. I'm seriously considering just packing up and going to live in Yorkshire with my relatives until this sorts itself out. But i'm not sure I want to in a way, I don't want the house to flood while we're away or something equally as shitty.

It's really upsetting and worrying all this stuff going on. I was looking forwards to summer after a long and grueling school year, but this is just rubbish

Our governmentis stupid. They had the warnings about the floods from many officials but did they react.. hell no.. well they did but on friday when most area were already affected. I hate our government
