Hey guys its Tim from Sparkart. As Dark-Nova4001 said Adelphia found the problem on their end. Some router of theirs was broadcasting that it owned the routes for all of the Sparkart IP addresses (which it doesn't!) so anybody using Adelphia wouldn't be able to access anything on the Sparkart gear. Adelphia is currently fixing the problem so things should start working for you Adelphia people again sometime soon. -Tim PS. Thanks Dark-Nova4001 for helping me test all that stuff.

I'm experiencing this problem too. I thought there was something wrong with my computer and internet connection. Glad it's going to be resolved soon.
Hey guys its Tim from Sparkart again. Here is an update on the Adelphia issue. I'm still fighting with them get the issue fixed. The guy I talked to 2 days ago obviously didn't take care of it and the guy I talked to yesterday didn't do anything either. I'm waiting to talk to the "lead" down there so maybe he can actually do something about it. I'll get you guys updated!
It's funny you say that, Tim. My dad called Adelphia tech support once and got hung-up on 3 times. It was so annoying. All three of them got fired though. I really hope you can get this taken care of. I miss my Linkin Park!!
Yeah I don't know what the deal with them is. I've actually been talking with the guys at their NOC (rather than tech support people that wouldn't know anything about this type of stuff ).
Ok guys I've spent all day on the phone with Adelphia and our two bandwidth providors getting this issue resolved and I'm happy to say that now IT IS resolved. Things should work fine for all Adelphia users now. If anybody on Adelphia is still having problems please let me know. Go enjoy all our website now!
