I bet no one will be there today. Then the teacher will turn up like.. 15 minutes in and just say 'Oh, didn't you know? The lesson's cancled!' That would be fine if i lived in Worcester. But i don't. I have to travel there and train times aren't ideal to get back when lessons are cancled. I hate this three weeks. It's probably the most pointless 3 weeks of my time at college.

I know, I spoiled the ending for me and sobbed. Still haven't finished reading it, though. Have read a little more than half of it.

 

You know they're making a movie out of The Northern Lights right now?
Or it might have a different name in Sweden, its called The Golden Compass or something in America. the first book in the series anyway.

 

Yeah, I heard about the movie. I don't think it'll be that good, the daemons will be incredibly hard to make, I mean, they need to look pretty real.
I read the first book as "Northern Lights", but yeah, The Golden Compass is the american name.

 

Yea I can't imagine them making a decent movie out of it.
But then again, I never thought anyone would ever manage to do The Lord of the Rings, so I'm just gonna hope that it turns out good. I bet they limit the appearance of daemons though, just to make it easier for themselves.
