The tracklisting for the new Transformers movie has been revealed and Linkin Park's "What I've Done" has been included. Fans who have seen the Transformers trailer in theatres or online may have noticed the inclusion of the song at the beginning of the preview, so this should come as no surprise. Mute Math - Transformers Theme *Update: Reports suggest Mike Shinoda produced and performed on the Styles of Beyond song, "Second 2 None". So make that two Linkin Park-related entries. You might also remember reports from that last summer that said Chester was working with Julien-K last summer in a non-vocals role. We'll try to find out if Chester had any hand in "Technical Difficulties". What is surprising is that almost half the announced line-up for Projekt Revolution 2007 is on the tracklisting: HIM, Taking Back Sunday, Styles of Beyond, and Julien-K. This is tie-in marketing at it's best. I wouldn't be surprised to see a stick for PR on the soundtrack promoting it and whatnot. But for me, the only thing worthwhile is Doomsday Clock. It'll be released a week before "everyone else" gets to hear it, but by then, the new SP album should be leaked. So...all my interest = gone.
...How can you say that all the songs are "horrible" when 9 OF THE 12 SONGS WERE RECORDED SPECIFICALLY FOR THE FUCKING SOUNDTRACK AND YOU HAVEN'T EVEN HEARD THEM YET? People never cease to amaze me...and not in a good way. *Edit* Did somebody turn off the new member post filter recently? This guy's made 2 posts and neither one has shown any effort of proper spelling/grammar usage.
I was really surprised when i heard 'What Ive Done' in the cinema for the trailer, it will be interesting to so if its played in the movie itself!
And to answer that question about if Chester had anything to do with JK's Technical Difficuities, he helped with the production. He helps with a lot of Julien-K's production. Of course. He performed it live with them too.
