How much is a reasonable price to charge for tutoring?

    I am done my first year of university and someone I knew from highschool wanted me to tutor them in grade 12 university prep calculus because I got 97% in that class and they are struggling a bit.

    In short, how much is a reasonable price for such a thing?

    At my college there were ads for 5$/h

    Really depends.

    Yeah. 5/h in any currency isn't too much but its not too little I guess. 6 or 7 even maybe

    I actually charged 15 dollars an hour, but some of my friends got 25 dollars an hour. I think this is because my school is in Malibu though :)

    I would think that the cost is between 10-20 American Dollars here for tutoring. This is just for high school, though.

    I ended up going for 7CDN/hour lol. I figured 10 was a fair price, but we were somewhat friends, so I lessened it due to that.

    I did it for free :'D

    I dont know, i felt bad. She just wanted to learn XD .. and I did know her..

    But $10 an hour sounds fair.
