The first of probably 984 billion polls asking this same question I took the duty of asking first...haha Favorite Album? I think Minutes To Midnight is both better and worse then Meteora and Hybrid Theory in different parts and in different aspects so it's hard to really make a comparison, but here's worth trying anyway.

As much as I love Meteora, I have to say, I listen to more songs from Hybrid Theory. Though I do get my moments where I would say that Meteora is my favorite. I haven't heard anything off of the Minutes to Midnight album yet, so I cant really judge it until next week.

Hybrid Theory will always be my favorite for my teenage years. So it's the best out of all three in that respect. In terms of overall best, Minutes To Midnight definitely. So I'm voting for Minutes To Midnight as an overall stand point. There is a lot of room for improvement and I hope on the next album they continue to make changes but better ones.

Edit: I edited the title of this thread to make it stand out. I hope you don't mind, lparks41. :)

I loved HT while I was younger teen and it'll always be great to me. Meteora didn't hit me with much though, sadly, only a couple of REALLY good songs. MTM is my overall favorite out of the three. Even thought HT had the metaphor in the verse, I feel the more direct cut-ad-dry lyrics of MTM are much better. They're poetic in their own way, and I like that. They've all gotten much better at what they're doing.

    MTM FTW

With every listen Minutes to Midnight gets better and better, although Meteora is very close IMO. I like the lyrics best in M2M

MTM was a different genre in my opinion, great album. But I think HT is still better as I love each and every song, after all this time.

Hybrid Theory offers more of what I like in music (in general). Minutes To Midnight is technically superior (as in technical skill), but too many of the songs are "softer" than I'd prefer.

Meteora... you remember how they were talking about the cursed sophomore album that they "threw out"? Well, it doesn't show. Meteora, to me, is the cursed sophomore album.

HT > Reanimation > HT EP > MtM > Meteora

Hard question, Meteora is last on my list, but between Hybrid Theory and M2M, I really can't decide just yet.

Hybrid was just an amazing stand out new sound, meteora was the heavier spiritual sequel. And Minutes to Midnight is the midlife crisis that actually on it's own when not compared like this poll is doing - is a really great sound.

I voted Hybrid though - it got me through high school.

In order of best to least favourite (But still love).

    Minutes To Midnight
    Hybrid Theory
    Meteora
    Reanimation

i'm sure that order will change in a few months when my tastes in music change again.
