Yeah it ROSE 5 spots on the digital tracks.

 

Woo, WID was number 1 on WRRV's countdown! (wrrv is a local radio station in ny heh)

 

I have yet to hear WID on any of my local stations

Nice going, LP. And while i consider WID to be a good song, I believe we will see better when the album drops. But this is good going either way.

 

They're already falling? Now? HAHA

 

i was expecting this, WID is a weak song.

 

hmm, i wonder why they're falling? All the other songs near them have been on the charts for weeks and they're still in the top spots.

 

What station number? I usually listen to z100, but they don't play it much..

 

WOW some people here are like wishing this whole thing crash and burns...

this was their biggest chart topper since In The End and still people aren't pleased...

LP fans are really demanding...

WID has been playing a lot here in Pittsburgh on 105.9 the x. It was #1 on their top 5 request a couple nights in a row but fell off the countdown to other music like hell yeah.......WID is also played constantly on Octane 20 on Sirius Satelite radio Can't wait for the album.....I think people are being a little too demanding and critical with their new stuff and need to just wait for the album and just take it for what it is with an open mind they've never failed us yet. To be honest; as long as What I've Done is #1 on Billboard Modern Rock Tracks for at least a month or so then I'm pleased with the results. Reason why? Because the Billboard Hot 100 is filled with mainstream musicians, pop singers and celebrities. Its obviously hard to take that position away from those big stars who dominant the whole stage unfortunately (how I hate pop culture); Linkin Park has been pratically been hiding in a shadow for 3-4 years.

As far as I know of it, this is Linkin Park's 2nd highest debut on Billboard Hot 100 behind In The End (#2 is damn impressive, and its classical anyways).

Its hard to beat the song "Numb" in terms of how many weeks it has been on the Modern Rock Tracks by the way. Being on the chart for 12 weeks in total, its pretty darn hard to beat. People say its a pop song or something so it went up all the way. Well, at least we can hope to beat Somewhere I Belong which was on the chart for 5 weeks.

 

Its not doing badly. basically every radio station in my area is using What I've Done in their self-pormotion ads, and I heard it playing as a background to the news as well. I was quite impressed by all that.

 

The song is everywhere in Florida....
they play it every 5 minutes... it kinda making me sick already...

but it's a good song and it probably go up in Billboard top cahrt again...

 

here in MTV Latinamerica it's on every hour now!!!!!!!!!!

Thats usually what happens with Linkin Park's songs.. They get over-exposed until people are quickly sick of it. Guess there is a thing such as too much publicity.
