You join the LPU and usually 1-3 weeks prior to when the tour starts, you put in a request for a meet and greet pass. I believe you receive a pop-up window indicating which show you are attending and you specify that you want a meet and greet pass for that particular show in the pop up. Then you follow all the directions that are listed. I've actually never done this myself, but I'm pretty sure I nailed the jist of it. I've asked Derek countless of times about how the meet and greet works and he's basically told me what I just typed. I hope to meet them this summer.
The Administrators at the LPU decide who's on the list and who's not, I believe. You do everything that Andrea said, but you are NOT guaranteed a meet and greet pass. For example: I first saw LP at the Meteora World Tour and I applied for a meet and greet pass and got one and met them. However, for Projekt Revolution, I requested one and did not receive one.

I'm pretty sure they convert. When I've bought something with with dollars from Europe it worked just fine. It just automatically converted it for me.
