Megadeth have revealed the track listing to their upcoming new album "United Abominations". The outing will shape up as follows:
    01 - "Sleepwalker"
    02 - "Washington Is Next!"
    03 - "Never Walk Alone"
    04 - "United Abominations"
    05 - "Gears Of War"
06 - "Blessed Are The Dead"
    07 - "Play For Blood"
08 - "A Tout Le Monde (Set Me Free)" (Feat. Cristina Scabbia of Lacuna Coil)
    09 - "Amerikhastan"
    10 - "You're Dead"
    11 - "Burnt Ice"
The album will see a May 15th release date through Roadrunner. It should also be noted that the Japanese edition of the album will feature a cover of Led Zeppelin's "Out On The Tiles" as a bonus track, while the following b-side tracks have also been recorded for future releases:
    "Black Swan"
    "The Bodies Left Behind"
In the meantime, the bands reworking of their track "A Tout Le Monde" has been chosen as the first single from the release with a video set to be shot early this month, complete with guest appearances from Cristina Scabbia of Lacuna Coil, who lends her vocals to the new version of the track.

This looking like being a good album, but it remains to be seen whether there was any point in a new version of A Tout Le Monde.

I heard they're making it more "metal-sounding" than the original version which was more of a ballad

They're making it more metal by re-recording it as a male/female duet (albeit one between Dave Mustaine and Christina Scabbia)...

The only song that they can pull off as both ballad AND ass-kicker is In My Darkest Hour, IMO.
