The New LP.Com Is Almost Here..

There's no news section and no Meteora posters if you open LP.com using Opera....

In Safari the news is still there and the meteora posters are half-ripped. I'm thinking one week or less. PWEASE?

 

I've found the reason:

You can see there is a mistake at:

I honestly think we'll see a new site tomorrow. mid-month at the latest. I've noticed that Derek doesn't really frequent this thread, yes, he's posted, but I don't notice many "hoping" posts.... maybe it's to make sure he doesn't let any cats out of the bag

Here's a question... if you talk to the people who work on lp.com, why don't you ask them why the lights blink?

At least they could tell us that. Give us some hint as to if it even means anything. lol

 

Maybe the lights are just there for looks? Seriously folks, calm down. I'd hate to have seen some of you folks at the Gorillaz' site back when it was constantly changing. I think you'd have a mental breakdown. The more you try to look for details, the more you hype something up as well as trying to look for things that may not be there, the more likely you're going to ruin the whole thing. When the website comes, it comes, until then, GO OUTSIDE. Geesh. I'm excited to see what LP will do next just the same, but it's not worth trying to find what they don't want you to find yet. It's just a website.

edit: To put it more nicely... discuss the website's development all you want, but stop reaching for anything and everything that may have no real significance but to look pretty.

 

I wonder what the significance of the wood is. It may symbolize what the new album cover might look like!??!

Calm your shit... it's just something to do while we wait. I meant it as a joke cuz for the longest time, people were trying to "decipher the lights" so I jokingly suggested that. Maybe if people "think" they find something, when all is said and done, if it's comletely the opposite, SURPRISE! It makes it that much more surprising and worth while. If we just sit here, counting the days, it gets old and we lose interest. Then when they do come out with the album, whenever that may be, we woulnd't be as interested as we would be if we were to do things to keep us occupied.

To put it more nicely, back off and let us speculate. Jesus.
