Does anyone think that Linkin Park might release this album and then have a new one much much much sooner than expected? Maybe they'll get some wave of inspiration and keep working on music while touring, and get tons of new material. Ultimately, we'll have to see what happens, but I was wondering if anyone thinks they might do this? EDIT: And ...uhh .. the title is meant to be pull "on" NIN. Like... pull on their leg? ...not an error on my part.
Kapsht. I don't think so. Knowing Linkin Park and how long they have spent working on this album, I don't think they'll even have the time or the patience to work on a new album. Besides, they're going to be touring for the next couple of years. I don't think they would want to, or even be able to, squeeze in another studio release. It just wouldn't work. But it would certainly be interesting if they did. That'd certainly be the new direction they say they have taken.
yes, they'll be really busy touring, making TV appearances, making kick ass music videos, attending award show (and hopefully winning some) in the years ahead. so it is very unlikely for them to work on a new album.
Trent had to give up his heroin addiction to do an album so soon. Linkin Park shouldn't have to kick it for another 6-7 years.
I guess you're right. I would definitely be disappointed if they spent the same amount of time again.
