It's just going to be more of the same. I think I was the only one that liked Shadow Zone...it was actually different.

 

I think this album is going to be drastically different, IMO. I liked "Shadow Zone" too, but we really need to move on from the whole nu-metal phase.

Go listen to "No Submission" on the SAW III soundtrack... that's what the album's supposed to sound like. Wayne said it will tear Wisconsin Death Trip a new one.

I think the cover looks nice. For some reason it seems really clear and beautiful.

 

i've showed all my friends that cover so far, and every one of them has laughed about its ridiculousness. it's so lame. it reminds me of bad horror movies.

 

What else would you expect from Static-X?

 

certainly not a skull that looks like it came out of a movie about killer clowns.

EDIT: IMO, though, the cover for the "Cannibal" single looks better. Check it out on iTunes (just search for Static-X or Cannibal).

 

Looks more like it's from a movie about some old tribe with a secret treasure and a team of Americans are going to go find it with the help of their foreign friend who knows all about the culture.

 

"Cannibal" (the song) is now on iTunes... man is it messed up! But I love it!
