Kanye West - The New Workout Plan

Edit: Basically any rap/dance tracks are good for working out. Anything that has a good beat to it to get you pumped. :)

I've found trance and jazz don't quite cut it for me sometimes, but usually metal or some heavy rock works great for me.
    • Killswitch Engage
    • Motley Crue
    • Alexisonfire
    • System of a Down
    • Primus
    • The Chemical Brothers
    • Benny Benassi
    • Metallica
    • AC/DC
    • Pendulum
Drum and bass (Pendulum, for example) is actually great for me, as it just gets me really pumped.

I do my workout around 8 am

My usual cycle is while I'm doing cardio I listen to some dance/bouncy type stuff, like Techno or Jay Z, even some red hot chili peppers

Whem I'm lifting I listen to In Flames, Dark Tranquility, Cradle of filth, Deathstars, Dir en Grey

Then when I do my judo/tai stuff I usually put on Midnight Syndicate for some atmosphere and good piano, then switch over to incubus, MCR, 30seconds to mars or dir en grey.

I have a bunch of different playlists if you want me to post any.

    Heh...

    Anything from a Rocky movie.

In fact, before I go work out, I usually watch a Rocky 'training' video of him getting ready for a match or such.

    That song from Scarface.

Push It to The Limit. I unfortunately do not know the artists name.

EDIT: I think its Paul Engemann.
