so thats what theyre called....powerballs? My dad got one when he visited Madrid, Kinda addictive arent they? Well its hard to explain what it is......its this outer round cover with a ball inside and string that goes around it. You yank the string like you'd do for a top and keep rotating the device and the ball inside rotates along with you. You do it to see how long you can keep rotating because the longer you rotate the harder it is to keep the ball inside rotating and you feel alot of friction going on, the feeling is quite exhilerating.
Yeah it's a gyro ball and it spins, you move your hand to the rythem and can speed up thus increasing how much muscle you build or you can take it slower and gradually build up muscle, there very good for building arm strength.
Yeah. Addictive but I'd never be arsed buying one myself. I can't get that high on them like. My mate can get over 12k though :|
