what kind of clothes are linkin park-ish? i'm going to the finals of a LP competition this saturday.. THIS saturday! eeek! and i don't know what to wear! most ppl suggested go for the look that's a bit like the girl's in the crawling video.. a simple black tank, jeans and sneakers. is that okay? too plain? aiyah i dunno.. but so far, that's what i plan to wear...

yeah i think what u picked out was ok..yeah maybe you should wear a linkin park shirt..but like the girl kind they make <the baby tees or whatever> and if u want maybe dye ur hair black and leave it down and give it like a "wet" look to ur hair..you know what i mean?anyway i realllly hope you win!good luck!!
If you have any chance of winning these overly annoying contests, you have to be original. Any ole fool can go to a store and pick up LP wear, and anybody can go purchase black themed clothing and make-up. Maybe, (even if you're a girl), make your hair the color of Chester's. Then, put on a clip on lip-ring on your bottom lip. Then, take a shirt and put on it, "I'm not Chester," and on the back, "Thanks for asking." And don't worry about being "dark", be "Chester". I could do it for every band member, but most likely, you want to please the crowd, so go with the frontman (either him or Mike, but Chester is more distinguishable). Also, for some added effect, you might want to add on some flame tattoo's (press on, they usually have them at most drug stores or markets). Just my thoughts.

I like the thought of wearing a lp shirt but where i am, they're hard to come by.. but by joining this comp i get to win one! hehe... my hair is already black.. i think I kinda like the 'wet look' idea! very cool and lp-ish! i'll give it a try tonite and see if i can make it look that way! elie your idea is da bomb! it would be SO DAMN cool if i could go as the female chester! but i don't think i wanna dye my hair.. it's so black, i would have to bleach it... and it's only for a day, cos on monday i'm back at skool and hair dying isn't allowed an i'd have to dye it back! i like the tattoo idea.. i might try that! or i might just get my friend (who is good at art) to draw a linkin park fake tattoo on my arm.... she's done it b4 using black liquid eyeliner and it stuck there for quite a while! maybe i'll ask her to give it a whirl t'row... I ended up wearing just a plain black tank top and black pants. But on the top I swed the letter LP (but with the backwards P) in white beads, so it stood out a bit.. i think! a lot of ppl were wearing their LP t-shirts, or badges... it was cool and fun! Got to meet so many other LP fans! hehehe
You should have got your hands on some DrunknMunky gear. I can't really afford LP gear because up in Canada its too much (35$ for t-shrt and 85$ for hoodie.) I got my hands on some DrunknMunky stuff and I feel like an 'underground' lp fan because nobody but me really knows that pretty much all they wear is drunknmunky
