So, this CD managed to find it's way onto the internet pretty early. Personally, I find it to be pretty good with some strong songs but it's definitely not as good as some of Jay's old stuff. Either way, I like the CD and think it's one of the best of the year. What are your opinions, if you've heard it?

My favorite tracks are "Oh My God", "Do You Wanna Ride?", and "Beach Chair". I love how Chris Martin produced "Beach Chair".

I've only heard "Oh My God" just because I read on absolutepunk.net that Jay dropped a line or two referencing My Chemical Romance. That was pretty awesome.

As for the Kingdom Come album, I haven't heard it but it's on my Christmas list. I'll hear it then.

It is by far his worst album...but it's still a great album.

I agree with you there, but at the same time it really really grows on you. I gotta listen to it a few more times.

The album is growing on me a bit, but I still don't think its that great. It's nothing compared to The Black Album.
I know Jay-Z can do much better than this.

I listened to some of the songs (mostly the first 8 orso) and I'm not that impressed...

I'm not a hip hop or rap fan but I thought Jay-Z might've been inspired by Mike's or even Lupe Fiasco's sound and that he would've copied it a bit. Sadly that's not the case.

Btw. If he had said that he returned one more time in the first couple songs I would've stop listening right away. :p He was kind of over doing it...
