Pop Goes Punk [Album Discussion]

This CD is great. Some of the tracks are:

Survivor
Bye Bye Bye
I Want It That Way
I Want It All
Baby One More Time

I purchased this CD a couple days ago. It's a bunch of POP songs, remade by Punk bands like "Thrice" and some others. Anyone heard anything from here? If not, go check it out!

My friend has it, and I've downloaded a few tracks. The punk versions are better, of course. They're not really punk, but I like The Starting Line's version of I'm Real. It's just funny to hear Kenny say "...and when I'm feeling sexy, who's gonna comfort me?"

Another favorite is Rufio's version of "Like a Prayer". It's magical

yeah i LOVE it when punk bands do a remake of pop songs or somethin..cuz they make them sound really really good.

 

Yellowcard does "Everywhere" by Michelle Branch, that one is cool.

The Starting Line's very very entertaining. I laugh everytime I hear that song
