Last I heard GC was on their 3rd drummer, according to their Myspace they don't have a full-time one as of right now, so looks like they'll be on their 4th relatively soon.
Don Gilmore also produced their first cd, which will always be their best. It's not Don ruining them even more. It's Benji and Joel.
With the exception of their first album, I absolutely abhor Good Charlotte. This song does absolutely nothing to change my opinion. In fact, I hate them even more now.
This doesn't even sound like good charlotte. It sounds like a bad vanilla ice ripoff that went terribly wrong. I just read somewhere that M Shadows and Synyster Gates from Avenged Sevenfold are going to be on a song on the CD...which leads me to lose quite a bit of respect I had for them.
GC's first album was decent. Songs like Motivation Proclamation and East Coast Anthem were actually good... they've gotten progressively worse and this is quite possibly the lamest song I've heard in years. Keep your hands off my girl? I wouldn't touch you or your girl with a ten foot pole, I'm pretty sure that SUCKING is contageous.
I used to like GC but they've gone downhill even more since their second album. This sounds like utter shite. The song doesn't even go anywhere.
I didn't mean this is pop. I mean if they want to make a pop record, they should instaid of this crap. This is just a lame excuse for a pop-punk song but actually they want to be a pop band. If they would just make a pop record I'd except them for what they'd be doing. Oh god. The song sucked so bad, I didn't know GC could suck more than they already did. I think that song killed some of my brain cells.
