    QWERTY Guitar Tab
Any one have a really good one? I know up to the chorus part, but then I dont know the rest. THis is what I think it's like

Tuning Drop D down half step

    Intro
    -----------------------
    -----------------------
    -----------------------
0-3p0-3p0-0-7/-0-3-2-1 Ok, for some reaon the pm signs arent working,
0-3p0-3p0-0-7/-0-3-2-1 They are supposed to be o the second and third
    0-3p0-3p0-0-7/-0-3-2-1 0's (after the 3p0-3p0)
    p.m - -

    Repeat verse

Thanks to Breaking Th Habit for the chorus

    --0-0-12-0--7--3--5---------------0--0-12-0--------
WHY!....You crossed the line. Wrapped up inside your....

The "^" means to bend. Only bend it a little though.

And the last part "wrapped up inside", I matched the tabs with the words. So bend right when he says "your"

Then the last part of the chorus:

    eb|--------------------------------------------------------------------
    Bb|--------------------------------------------------------------------
    Gb|--------------------------------------------------------------------
    Db|--0-0-12-0--7--3--5------0-0-12-0--8-7---5~~~~~~------8~~~---1~~~~

    Db|--0-0-12-0--7--3--5------0-0-12-0--8-7---5~~~~~~------8~~~---1~~~~
........LIES! You hide behind....LIES! You're lost inside that cold disquise behind your

tasta, your tab's spot-on. I played it along with the song and it sounded perfect. The part I don't get's why you have part tabbed in Db and another part tabbed in C#. Do you think there're two guitars?

I think my intro sounds a little more accurate, but other than that its a pretty good tab.

I played both side by side, I'm going to have to go with tasta's tab.

EDIT: And Will, Db and C# are the same thing. Those are all just different names for the same note. Everysinglestring.

 I tabbed it out in different sections, I probably wrote Db next to the staff when I did one part and changed to C# when I tabbed another part, and didn't notice it when I put it all together.

Yeah. I forgot they were the same tuning. And here I couldn't figure out why my tuner wouldn't let me tune to C#.

    lol.

My guitar teacher is telling me that it's 3p0-3p0-0-7/-3-2-1 not 1p0-1p0-0-7/-3-2-1, so I dont know, everyone seems to think the 1p0 is right, but to me 3p0 sounds right. Am I doing something wrong to make it sound right or something lol?

The high quality rip posted here definitely sounds like 1st fret instead of 3rd. The rip from Summer Sonic After sounds a little different though.

I'm not sticking up for tasta here, but just because he's a teacher doesn't make him right. He could be mistaken, just as tasta could be mistaken.
It's kind of dumb to be arguing about it.

Ok, Sorry that it came off as if I was arguing, I just really wanted to make sure I was playing the song right. And now that I tried it as 1p0 1p0 it sounds fine as wel, I mean they both sound right to me.

And this is also a song in progress so it's not really set in stone. All the live versions of QWERTY have some small differences in them if you listen so even the band probably isn't totally set on parts yet.

I have never been able to understand tabs written out like that, even though i vaguely play elec guitar.. or am I just stupid in thinking they are hard to understand?

Could someone please explain these tabs to me... or just give me the chords (I am more of a chord guitarist)

Reading Tabs is not that difficult. On Tabs, The bottom is always the lowest string. For example. On THis tab, Db|-0--1p0--1p0-0-7p0-0--3--2--1-| would be the lowest string. Or heres an easier way to understand. Flip your electric guitar so that the neck matches the way the tab is set up. Sorry if this dosnt help, maybe someone whocan explain better will help you out if you dont understand this.
