Brandon Flowers' voice sounds different to me. Good song. I love The Killers, even though their beef with Fall Out Boy and Panic! At The Disco pisses me off, heh.
Did they talk shit about Panic as well? I haven't heard about that. Tell me more. Also, as for the Killers, I didn't get into them until recently, but they're one of my favorites. "Hot Fuss" was/is a great record, if a bit overpolished.
http://www.nme.com/news/23514 http://www.nme.com/news/the-killers/23458 I personally find this extremely lame.
Geeze. Beat them all to death? A bit harsh. I guess he could just say "I don't like emo bands." but he gets pretty detailed with it all. Oh well. Good song, although I've never been a huge fan of The Killers.
Yeah, despite my disgust with Panic and my mild/sometimes strong dislike of Fall Out Boy, I agree with you Andrea. Flowers is just trying to get obscurist hipster fans to side with him there. Though I agree with him on a few points in the second article you listed, for the most part he's just babbling.
I'm not sure I'm following you. Like the voice was created somehow but it isn't a real persons voice? Like too many effects on his voice? Like what? Like the guy sings the songs normally but they do something really weird to it and it becomes that, therefore, making it artificial? Well...wait. So it just sounds like that? I mean, it isn't, but it sounds like they did that with the voice or what? I'm confused.
lol, I dont know, it sounds like if he sang at a concert it would'nt sound like that. It sounds like that on some of the songs they use effects. But then again, I guess you could say the same for KoRn's Jonathon Davis.
