The Hulk is out today. The game, out for all systems, was already released as well as the old Hulk movie released on DVD. On going to see the movie either tomorrow or Sunday. I'm not as excited about the game though. I expecting one hell of a movie! Oh, by the way i'm planning on doing a Hulk music video with LP's 'Figure.09' song with the trailers. Talk about The Hulk here....

I don't know, I'm not really interested in this movie. It's too CGI'd for me.

I saw it Thursday night and I give it an 7/10. The action is great, the love stuff gets really annoying.

It moves sorta slow but the action is definitely worth it.

The only thing is: since when did the Hulk fly? :wth:

I saw the movie on friday night, first day it opened and i agree with Jawknee, I give it a 8/10 . The CG was pretty sick, the HULK looked pretty good and iam glad it wasnt a "HULK SMASH" movie. It had a nice slow pace to the movie which was very relaxing and it had its dark sides. You didnt look at the size and the strenght of the Hulk but in this movie you looked in to his mind and the Director did a pretty good job portraying him as a hero and a monster at the same time as you notice in the movie Hulk never kills a single person, except for the bad guy of course, and my last thing I have to say is THE HULK DOESNT FLY EVERY BODY SHOULD STOP SAYING THAT HE DOESNT, think about it my grade 12 friend at school can can almost jump 7 meters running his fastest, now the Hulk on the other hand is very big so he covers more ground when he runs which means he runs faster soo with all that speed and all the strenght in the world of course the Hulk can jump that high, SO HES NOT FLYING. :D

I saw The Hulk last night with a few friends. Like all the other Marvel Comic movies, I only had a slight idea of the backround of the movie, because I hadn't read the comics or watched the tv shows. The movie was pretty good, I liked the action, but it had some faults. In some parts of the movie, the CG was superbly done and was almost flawless, but in other parts I found it wasn't consistent and I found myself thinking I was watching a video game. His height varied alot (although I'm not sure if he gets bigger then more angry he is), because he could fit under a 10ft ceiling in a building, yet he was 20ft tall in other parts. I also found some parts to be very dark, where I was just trying to find the action amongst all the camera shaking and zooming (like the part where he's fighting the 3 dog mutants). I think the director did a great job portraying the Hulk as not a super threat to national security, yet a harmless monster unless provoked by danger. Very good movie, not as good as X2, yet better than Daredevil.

    Final Score - 8.5/10

And about the flying controversy, it says on the commercial that he can leap over 3 miles, not fly. Hope that sheds light on the problem.

A mega ton fatso can not leap 3 miles, Mark. This movie goes beyond intelligence!

Obviously I'm joking because this movie is about a green giant. :p

I'm not a big fan of superhero movies. Ever since the Spiderman movie came out, directors are now making Batman ones and all that crap just to get a name for themselves. :argh:

Actually, these ideas for Batman movies have been around...and maybe you didn't notice, there were 4 Batman movies before Spiderman. ;) Way to go.

And you believed him? Gullable, perhaps? ;)

Oh, and Mcnasty? From Justin to Kelly is probably a better movie than Daredevil. Sorry but I think the Daredevil is the stupidest super hero...along with that villian.

I saw The Hulk last Saturday. It was really good, I liked it. It has been a long time since I watched The Hulk animated series, so I might have forgot some important facts about him and his story. By the way, I'm a big comic book fan. I don't collect them but I do like the cartoons and the movies, such as Spider-Man, Daredevil, Superman, Batman, Hulk, X-men and some more.

    The Ups:
*It's The 2003 Hulk movie, glad that it wasn't like the other one from the 70s.
    *The graphics were very good.
*The story was very well followed, although I don't quite rember everything and i'm not a big hard core Hulk fan.
*That guy that did the role for the old Hulk, Lou Ferrigno, had a brief cameo, which was surprising.
*The story was very interesting and touching, how Ang Lee (the direcor) expressed it.
*Liked the idea of the Hulk being animated and not a costum.
*Ang Lee had this thing about turning the movie into a comic book with all those boxes popping up. It was a cool effect and interesting because he wants to let people know that this movie comes from a comic book.
*It was long, 135 mins, which was cool for me. Because Ang Lee had time to explain the story slowly.

    The Downs:
*The graphics could have been better and more realistic.
*The comic book effects in the movie were a liltle bit annoying once in a while and it could have been better.
*I think that another actor would have done better than Eric Banna as Bruce Banner.
*2 mistakes I noticed. From what I remember I think that the first time the Hulk became The Hulk he was grey and smaller, what happened to that. And also on the teaser trailer, the very first trailer of the movie, where is that clip on the movie? I'm not really sure that these are mistakes...

    Final Words:
It was a very enjoyable 135 mins movie. I hasd a great time becuase I was really into it. I'd recomemend this flick to all comic books freaks, and those who enjoy movies made out of comic books. I'm going to give it a 8/10. It deserves it and Ang Lee did an awesome job directing this movie.

The movie did very good regarding the box office. It's currently #1 with $62,641,000.

By the way, you remember the music video I said was going to do? I did it. It turned ouit to be great. But It's only 2:32 long. I didn't have many different clips after the bridge part of 'Figure.09". I used 3 different trailers and 2 TV spots trailers. I tried to matched the clips with the music as much as possible. I also tried to avoid clips with people talking. And as you see it, you may notice some clips that are repeated. I just need a place to upload it so you guys can see it.

I moved the score down to a 7/10. The lovey dub stuff and the pointlessness of building up the character ruined the movie. The action was great though. Spider Man was better.
