I was supposed to have rehab for both of my wrists and my ankle before, but I decided not to and I could do a better job of rehabing myself. Plus, going into the docters to run or walk on a dreadmill is boring.

But anyway, it's good Chester is finally out of the hospital. Hopefully he stays healthy now.

for some reason, KROQ, my local radio station said that Chester was getting intestinal surgery, and that was announced after I got the news that he was released
