also im not sure whats going on in: by myself where u say it goes: 2. 7* i know that the 7 is the harmonic but wtf is up with the 2. ?

 

and it sounds like the harmonic should be higher than 7th fret, 6th string

It's a harmonic in the middle of the 3rd fret. A 3rd fret harmonic would be over the bar between the 3rd and 4th frets, but this harmonic is actually in the middle-ish of the 3rd fret, so 2.7 is just what most people tab it as.

*Edit* That harmonic can also be done on the 6th fret if it's too hard for you to slide from the 7th to the middle of the 3rd that fast. I'll have Meteora tabs sometime relatively soon.
