I have their Best of Smashing Pupmkins 1991-2000 DVD. My fav song is Bullet with Butterfly Wings. Does anybody else like them?
I really love Armor For Sleep's cover of "Today." It gives me hope that the tribute CD coming out next month will not be utter garbage. Overall, this band was/is amazing -- especially since they kept at it for so long, continually producing quality music that stood out from the rest.
I'm holding onto some kind of hope that Zwan will reunite. I always liked them better than the Pumpkins.
i love the SP, and so does my brother. hes the one that actually turned me onto the band. about a week ago, i DID find that the Smashing Pumpkins Will be getting back together, but the rest is unkown. we just know they are forming the band again.
Correction: BILLY wants to get the band back together, no assurances that the complete line-up will want to reunite.
CORRECTION: James and Bily want the band to get back together for their last official album. Melon Collie rocks because it has Bullet with Butterfly Wings on it and Zero. I haven't heard Zwan before.
that's dumb. they're just gonna do one more album then break up again? I guess I need to start saving concert money for when they come to town.
