I can't believe I'm making a topic in here. Anyways, I'm actually listening to Meteora again, and I've come to the conclusion that the music is better off by itself (Don't Say, case in point). Does anyone know if there are instrumental only tracks of the songs? At all?
I believe the only instrumentals we have are the ones ripped from the DVD's. I'm not sure what that consists of though.
The band has got to have all the instrumentals and acapellas for all their work. Like Uncle Raj said, most of them are clips on DVDs. I only have a a few Reanimation songs and other side stuff. I just hope the band releases the instrumentals and acapellas sometime. I bet Tasta has more information (I swear he knows everything).
>_> <_< *Comes riding in on his trusty steed* The only full instrumentals LP has put out are It's Goin Down, Numb/Encore, Frgt/10, Enth e Nd, H! Vltg3, and Rock and Roll (Could Never Hip Hop Like This) Part 2-if you count that as an LP song. There's the 6-channel DVD-A rip of Reanimation, where you can mix the channels to get pretty good instrumentals and acapellas, but they still aren't nearly as good as official ones. There's a bunch of instrumental clips of songs from various sources, the ones I can think of are Pushing Me Away, With You, Forgotten, Runaway, Faint, Nobody's Listening (2 different clips), Wth>You, P5hng Me A*wy, Breaking the Habit, and Krwlng. All of those except the last 2 are under a minute long, BTH is 1:30 I think and Krwlng is 2:40. I wish there was a full instrumental catalog of LP albums but like that will ever happen...
Don't rule that out. They might have some sort of remix contest sometime down the road. "Reanimation 2: For the fans, by the fans. No big-name artists who know what they're doing at all."
oh man, that would be dirty. Don't post that on the LPU forums. They'll eat that up and demand it and with the way the LPU is headed with their packages, it's a possiblity. I think if they did release an album of intrumentals it would be from Reanimation. Are there rock related albums that have instrumentals available for every song?
