I got the idea from this thread from another forum, never mind, it'll be good to see the reactions here. Have you ever worked yourself up so much over any task that faces you...then after you've actually done it...thought it was so easy it's unimaginable??? I know that in my case, it's exams. I run around like a headless chicken doinf revision, booster classes and everything like that...but once I've actually walked out of an exam I end up saying: "What a pile of w**k!" So...what's it like for you?? Edit: This isn't just about exams you know...I'm talking about anything that you've ever thought was difficult...then when you've actually done it...you've thought it was easy. I was using exams as an example
When I was starting out on my guitar, I found it near impossible to stretch my fingers enough to make the C chord and the G chord. Now, I can do it effortlessly and wonder what the hell my problem was.
i was so afraid of my senior paper which was supposed to be 1700 words long...but when i started typing it and i found really long quotes and bsed i discovered it wasn't that hard at all in fact i wrote it in a cumulative time of about two hours.
Me neither but i guess it's something about tests.... When i have a test i study the day before a couple of hours and i'll be OK. this is the longest time i study as a whole [and the only one i guess :wacko] I think i was pretty unclear with what i wanted to say but the thread is alos not so clear as well
doing a frontflip seemed so hard to me, now i can do it easily. now backflips are a different thing. cartwheels are impossible.
I would try a front flip... but I'm afraid i'll kill myslef. Do you just practice on the sofa or the pool or something?
Whenever I have a theory exam, I start learning all the things I need to know about 2 days before. I usually have to memorise 3 or 4 songs and learn all this stuff from 2 books. Surprisingly I usually get about 97%.
i never study for any quizzes or tests. but, since im in 6th grade, they arent hard. im pretty smart for my age, so i just dont have to.
