They will have difficulty following up ascendancy, but i don't mind if it's not as amazing, just as long as it's still trivium.

 

On their Purevolume page they're labelled as metalcore... twice. Is that the band's fault?

Trivium doing prog-metal would be sweeet.

 

Can't wait to hear this. I'll be damned if it ca match up to Ascendancy but no matter what Trivium do they just can't go wrong.

 

Um. There's a breakdown in one of their songs. There's even chanting. They lie.

Their new album's going to be awesome.

Can anyone honestly tell me they heard of Trivium before Ascendancy?

Being over rated is having a fucking huge fan base and everyone wont stop talking about them but the thing is is that their fan base is still growing and the only reason attention is drawn to them is because they are all so young and talented, not to mention the fact that Matt Heafy is one of the producers of Roadrunners United.

Thats your opinion of them because you don't enjoy their music, its not fact however.

 

I love Trivium as much as anyone here, but they are overrated. In the same way bands like Metallica and Linkin park are overrated
