...dissing G-Unit, that is. 300 Shots by G-Unit was fucking lame. I agree with Game, he killed them with 300 Bars. U Know What It Is: Volume 3 and Ghost Unit were awesome mixtapes.
300 Bars wasn't as good as 200 Bars, I thought. But that's just me. He sounds cocky as a motherfucker, though. I seriously don't think G-Unit is "over", atleast not 50 Cent. Yet. But, here's looking forward to his next album. The Documentary was a kick-ass album, despite all the name dropping, so maybe he's gotten rid of that. If not, oh well. The Game is about as real as they come. Unless you're Lil' Kim.
I think Lloyd Banks, Young Buck, and Tony Yayo is near to being finished. I mean, Game sold more than them and Tony Yayo hasen't even reached Gold status and his album has been on the charts for about a month. I can't wait for his next album. Production from Dre, Kanye, and Just Blaze sounds good to me. Rumor has it he has a song with Gwen Stefani on his next album. The Game dosen't need The Unit anymore. He basically used his status in G-Unit for promotion and to create a name for himself. As long as he has Dr. Dre, he's fine. Lil' Kim's new album has been getting really good reviews.
The funny part is that the parts you bolded only tell me that he hasn't quit throwing insults at G-Unit. lol
Awww, he's not dissing other people now. He's becoming a big boy now! And maybe by the time his second nut drops he'll be rapping about real issues.
the game finshed g-unit...im so glad somebody has the balls to step up to g-unit and win...gggg g-unot
I wouldn't say that. 50 Cent would destory him in a sales battle.
thats true...i think 50 cent and g-unit is way over rated

Dissing other rappers is common. Everybody does it, Jay Z does it, Nas does it, etc...
Yes, and I have no respect for them.
Rockstars diss each other, except sometimes it isn't in a song. Do you hate rockstars too, or do you just hate rappers because they bring their petty feuds into song?
Yes, and I have no respect for them.
I'm sorry Todd, but how you always come into hip-hop thread and start busting out anti-rap posts are annoying.
Anyone, rock, rap, country, whatever, who spends their time slamming their competition needs to grow up. I know rock artists have done it, but rappers do it more often.
Basically it's just a collection of songs to keep an artists name and cred up. Just how you'd burn a mix cd. Though a mixtape can be one artist or 30. Usually have some annoying ass DJ over the top constantly saying "EXCLUSIVE!" "DJ CLUE!" "WHAT UP?!" and crap like that.
Mixtape is what he said, and it's also basically a compilation of songs and sometimes collaborations between other rappers. Shade 45 & Ghost Unit are good examples of mixtapes.
