    Nile are an awesome death metal band, and i was wondering whether anyone else has heard of them/likes them...

    nope never heard of them and i sit around all day watching kerrang/ scuzz :whistle: ;)

    was that really a necessary post...

    you probably haven't seen them on Kerrang! because they're a proper metal band, not Nu-metal (not that there is anything wrong with nu-metal, just that's all Kerrang! seems to play...)

    I have their latest album, Annihilation of the Wicked and basically it's mostly long songs and fast songs. It's a pretty solid album.

    I heard some of their stuff on MuchLoud, and they are pretty good. I'm no big death metal fan, but they are one of the better bands in the genre out of what I've listened too.
