I'm not sure if this means it's going to be a single but either way I'm sick of American Idiot.

Opinions?

 

I've been sick with American Idiot since they released the album.

 

Jesus of Suburbia is one of my favorite songs, but aside from the title track the American Idiot videos have been kinda blah, IMO.

 

The whole thing? Thats twice as long as Wake Me Up When September Ends :wth:

Should be good though however I think Green Day need to start work on a new album soon.

 

...they need to stop releasing damn singles and make their movie before their fan base gets sick of it.

Well, this obviously wont be a single but what I meant was why would they make a video for every song on the CD if they're going to make a movie?

 

But they aren't making a video for every song on the album. When Armstrong said, "We're going to be making a video for the whole thing.", he meant all of JoS.

No, they've been planning on making a movie for the CD because the CD was meant to be a Rock Opera. Kind like what Pink Floyd did with The Wall.

 

Oh, lol See... I wouldn't know that being that I've never listened to Pinkl Floyd or watched any of their videos. But, the whole idea sounds pretty neat. It'll be cool to watch the "movie". heheh

I think the albums really good. Why's everyone hating on Green Day? lol Unless you're all comparing it to their past albums. But I really don't see whats so bad about it.

I'm a HUGE Green Day fan. But I personally think they're beating the shit out of American Idiot. The CD hasn't even been out for a year yet and it's already had 4 singles, and now they're doing this. I can't listen to the songs anymore cause they're so played out. And yea compared to their previous albums I don't think it compares. Although, I do think this album is greater in the sense that it's the first of its kind in a way. O well, we'll see how the video turns out. However I do agree that all of the videos from AI haven't been that great. The only one I thought was cool was BOBD and I didn't like the song after awhile.

 

they have milked this album for every cent it's worth, only reason not to like it is all the repitition though, wasn't "dookie" but it was still good.
