Thank you, I'll think about the mouth being smaller. To answer your questions, I used Adobe Photoshop CS. The mark is on her shoulder because apparently she has a mole or something.
Her face looks like it's peeling. The color of her face doesn't go with the body at all, not to mention the almost 'army green' shading. Good try man, first times always the bitch. But best believe I'm coming for you once I get the Illustrator CS instruction booklet.
