You're happy that a child molester is back out on the streets and pretty much has permission from the legal system to touch little kids again? [/b][/quote]
As i've said before, How can you be 100% sure that he is guilty?.

I believe that he's guilty as sin. Unfortunately, I also believe that the jury made the right call. The evidence sucked.

Todd, my mouth isn't big enough for all the bullshit you're trying to stuff in it. Not everything is as black and white as you may make it out to be.

    I agree with that statement.

And i would like an answer to my question.

How can you be 100% sure that he is guilty?.

The kid was able to accuratley describe the tattoo on MJ's penis, that explains enough right there. Not to mention a 10 year old could not make up such an elaborate lie

Tattoo, birthmark, whatever. Either way, a kid should not be able to accuratley describe unique markings on someone else's privates.

Personally, i think there has to be some truth behind what has been brought up over the years, i mean it's happened more than once for crying out loud, surely there was some truth behind it.

What i think happened is, MJ sexually molested a kid to begin with and when it was brought up for the first time, parents started cashing in on the allegations by saying it happened to their kids too.

... but whatever, that's just what i think. He may be innocent, but i can't see it.

Well, didn't they take photographs of his penis? Maybe the police showed the kid the picture ahead of time so he could accurately describe it in court. Farfetched I know, but that's how I feel about what you're saying.

Taking MJ to court a second time on the same exact charges is the perfect time to do it. He's just very weird. IMO the fact that that first family took the money the first time shows you that nothing really happened (or it just shows you how fucked up the family is). Instead of getting a guy who molested my son to suffer for what he did, let me just take all the money he offered to me. Would you take money instead of sending your childs molester to jail to get a little taste of karma?

the thing is....I didnt want Micheal to go to jail or into solitary imprisonment....I wanted the guy to get help.....but when people look at him hanging kids off a balcony, parading his children in mask.....and sleeping with OTHER peoples children and then say he is not guilty....they are pretty much saying what he does is ok. The fact of the matter is....Micheal is not ok....he is mentally ill....he needs to see a professional. And until people get a reality check and realize that there is something wrong with Micheal.....he will continue to do these bizaar things until he poses a threat to himself or someone else.

I find it quite amazing that out of 10 charges....he wasnt found guilty for even one.

Actually, this is the first time he's in court. He payed 70 million dollars to drop the case a the first time.

Im sad, but not shocked. I knew he would be found innocent, but if I was the judge I would find him guilty. He has serious problems.

I have a 10 year old brother who can talk for an hour straight telling stories about stuff he's done that are complete bullshit. Believe me, 10 year olds can lie.

In any case, I wanted to see MJ locked up. I don't know if he was guilty or not, nor do I care much, I'm just sick of seeing him, period. He's a disgrace to the human race.

lol he is weird but it isnt illegal to be weird
about the actual charges of child molestation i dont know...why would they leave their kid there when they know he's been accused of
    child molestation before?
I was pissed off that the family took money, has ruined the chances of any genuine victims, if there are any

Nobody can know what really happened. MJ is a little weird, and the accuser has a history of lying. It can go either way. I personally thing MJ is a 40 year old child, and he didn't do it.

I could see it happening aswell. The thing is, he should go to a mental health clinic or something... I mean, didn't he admit to sleeping with children? Now, I know that he didn't mean he had sex with them but if he thinks it's the most natural thing in the world to sleep in the same bed as kids, there's gotta be a problem somewhere.
