Russia's MTV channel and national Rolling Stone magazine branch have come together to create a new contest in which Linkin Park's "Crawling" has been nominated. When translated using a Russian-to-English translator, the contest seems to be called "Twenty Songs That Changed Peace", but that fails to make sense because none of the one hundred videos that were nominated would have made any significant impact at all on peace. We're left to speculate that it's a "Top 20 Influential Videos" or "Top 20 Videos of All-Time" contest, but all that really matters is that Linkin Park are nominated and you can vote for them. yeah.. it's right.. cos i was reading it.. and "change the peace" thing.. what the heck.. so i went on the site n read it.. and yes.. that word has 2 meanings.. in this case.. it's refering to the world. not peace. yeah..!! go linkin park!!! wooo!
By the way its not songs that changed the peace, its songs that changed the world, cos mir is same word for both peace and world.
