Well, seeing as how this turned into a MGS thread, I figure we should bring this back into the realm of everything PS3. Frst off, go to www.filerush.com get bittorrent if you haven't already done so, and download jsut about every video they have. They got the new "Vision Gran Turismo". They have the riveting sequel to Killzone (by far some of the best in-game graphics I have ever seen, in this video, yes, those are in-game graphics what you are going to see.), "Need For Speed: Most Wanted" (looks like a Hot Pursuit and Underground style mix). And the new trailer for Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children (take a CLOSE look at the final frame in this video, you might recognize somebody, ehem...) Well, there it is folks, enjoy the ultra-fast bittorrent dl's and can't wait to see Morrowind IV: Oblivion videos... hehe
That's what I said when I saw the N64 controller. Which by the way, is probably the best controller for FPS, IMHO. Unreal footage owns me.
What tha hook' gon be? [/b][/quote] sweep that shit under the rug and give each other a hug red and blue make purple, the color of love red and blue make the color purple
A speculated price for the PS3 will be around $465 American. I found that on IGN somewhere. That is a huge chunk for a game console and is the highest price ever charged for a console in history. --- My two cents on the PS3. The graphics are not, I repeat are NOT, just like the PS2. They are far more advance and detailed. For the price you are getting a shitload of stuff and I'm deffinitly buying it over the 360 or Revolution mainly because it has connectability with the PSP, but not only that, Playstation holds some of the franchises I have come to love and adore such as Gran Turismo and SOCOM and the Metal Gear Solid series (Although some have been released for different systems, Playstation is always the first to recieve the games.), and Grand Theft Auto (Even though it too has been on several systems). The one problem this system will have no doubt is the reputation it has to live up too. With more and more of games becoming Internet playable, Sony still is still lackluster in terms of the usage compared to 360. One point that did catch my attention and I'm not so sure where I noticed it, but they claim you can access and go onto the Internet from the PS3, surfing the net through your console. What I am very happy to hear is that both 360 and PS3 will have detachable hard-drives which is a major step from the Memory Cards. But the PS3 can hold Memory Cards, the HDD, Memory Stick standard and Duo (the same cards used in many portable devices, including the PSP). I'm not so sure if you can attach various MP3 players or other devices to the PS3 yet as you can the 360, but Sony still has a year to build on what they have already displayed and so does Microsoft. --- There are just to many features to compare, and give detail on. I've only been studying the system up little by little, not giant gulps. But aside from that I'm all for PS3 over XBOX 360 or the Nintendo Revolution.
In game graphics still look chunky to me, just like alot of PS2 games. Don't give me that Killzone stuff either because it's obvious it's not gameplay.
