I don't know if this topic has been done before, I scanned for it on the first page but didn't bother any further. Basically, just state whether you have plans set for your future. As in college, jobs, families...etc...most teenagers are very unsure, so I'm interested...

I'm 16 years old. I basically dropped out of high school by being home schooled. I have a 1,158 page "McGraw - Hill's GED" booklet. I have to study it and take tests. It prepares me for the GED test in 2007. My plans are fairly decided...once I get my GED, I will move to New York, Manhatten, to be exact. Hopefully rent an apartment. I will attend the Institute of Audio Recording and get my bachelors degree in Audio Recording and Music Engineering. Then I will set out on becoming a music producer and try to join a band. Well that's my plan atleast. I hope it works out, but I have 2 years...things may change.

I'm 15. I haven't started thinking about what uni I want to go to. But I want to become an article writer for a music magazine. I think writing is one of my stronger points. I'm also thinking about an interior designer, or some sort of designer.

I'm 17 years old. I also want to go to music school and study Music Engineering and whatever is necessary to become a producer. I've been practicing with Reason (Software for producing) and i'm currently saving money to buy an MPC and a MIDI Keyboard. I have strong believe in myself that i can do it. Hopefully i become succesful with my career and than get married and start a family. Thats basically what i'm living for right now.

I'm 14 (15 in a month and two days lol) and i've known what i want to do since i was about 5. i'm staying on to take A levels at school, then going on to sandhurst (army officer training college, and yes for all you people that watch the news thats where prince harry has just gone), become an officer, join the army (parachute regiment to be exact) and... yeah, be in the army until i'm about 40! great thing is though, if i go to snadhurst they pay my fee's and pay me to learn (so basicly i get paid to learn for free :D arent they kind)

I'm 19, graduated high school a year ago and am now in college studying Computer Science and Information Science & Technology. I'd say I'm on the right track.

I've been accepted in a preuniversity DEC of two years in Arts and Letters profile Languages, concentration German and Spanish at the Maisonneuve College. Then I want to study interpreatation at the Geneva University or at the Paris' School of Tranduction, I'm not sure.

My ultimate goal is to work as an interpreter for the UN but who knows, maybe I'll find something fitting me better than interpretation. (Linguistics for instance)

I'm planning on going to college at Ringling school of Art and Design. Click here to see how awsome it is. The website is pretty kick ass. It's one of the top Art schools in Florida.

It's really hard to get into, you have no idea. My dream is to become a photographer. Either that or something in Movies or Music, but mainly Photography. :)

That's awesome! I hope it goes well for you. :) Hmm...I wonder what this "Reason" thing is. I don't know anything about it, maybe I should...

@ Todd: Sounds like an ITT Tech commercial. :p But I agree, I think your on the right track also.

@ [Fool]: That was my plan in the beginning. But then I realized, if I wanted to live...I needed to plan. Atleast a little bit, I don't have any 5 year plan or anything, just a general outline...I also figured if I was going to get a job it might as well be a career that I can stick with for a long time, making good money, and love.

I'm 16. I'm now 8 months on a Hairstylists college. I'm studying for Allround Hairdresser. The study takes 2 years instead of 3 because it's shortened. After the first year I'm already an official hairdresser. In the second year I get all kind of special things, like cutting hair with a knife, special dye technics (sp?) etc. So, basically I still have to turn 18 when I'm totally finished, which is very early if you ask me. But, I'm also thinking about taking courses when I'm finished with school. Like, working with afro hair, dreads etc. But we'll see, we'll see. :)

Well at the moment I'm doing my GCSE's- MY EXAMS START ON THE 25TH OF THIS MONTH!!! Then next year I plan to go to Newcastle College to study for A-levels in; Religious Studies,Biology,Psychology and Philosophy. After that I'm planning on applying to Birmingham University to do a honours degree in Psychology!! After all that I think I'd like to do teaching or clinical psychology. I don't want to get married or have kids though- does that make me weird!?

I'm 17. I'll be graduating from my high school with around an 85% average in June (my actual graduation ceremony is this Friday, actually, but exams haven't started). Next year, I start my first year of University, in which I'll be attending the Faculty of Business at the Memorial University of Newfoundland (MUN) to get a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce. I've weighed my options and I think Business is the best way to go. It can branch off in so many directions and can be applied to many different situations.

By my thirties, I wish to be a successful entrepreneur. Possibly a restauranteur. I've got some good ideas on how I want to go about things. All I need is the cash, so I'll start small and build up a savings account balance before going ahead with my plans.

Damn rights business degrees are the best. I am currently in my 3rd of four years in my business degree. Or i guess i just completed my 3rd year. I will be majoring in accounting and I hope to at some point have my own accounting firm.
