I agree, colleges need to be less political on the professor level; but of course you can't limit student's political involvment and take away basic rights either. The Michael Moore part was funny  How biased towards the right can you be if refuse Michael Moore because he's a "big fat idiot" for exposing the truth about Bush and the war in Iraq. Anyways I agree reform is needed very much in college and hopefully it's delivered before parents say enough is enough and reform is forced by our friendly neocon government.

Many would argue that Michael Moore is biased to the left.

But that's not really the point the of the article. I'm not in or looking at colleges, which is why I was curious about other people's opinions of the article.

Micheal Moore only shows one side of the story. It's up to you to do the research and see where the other side stands. At least, that's the way I see it.

I meant the college themselves were biased to the right because they didn't let Michael Moore come on campus. Anyways I've heard the otherside and am not too interested in hearing how God "chose" Bush (more like the Supreme Court did) and why it's our destiny to spread freedom (only to the Middle East of course, why bother with Africa or anything?) As for the colleges being politically energized themselves blame that on his administration for inspiring us, the youth of America to never let this happen again in our lifetimes.

If you watch Fahrenheit 9/11 for a balanced look at Pres. Bush and administration, you're looking for the wrong thing. Michael Moore shows the wrongdoings of the Republican administration. That said, he provides hard evidence to support his viewpoint that the Bush Administration are corrupted idiots. I mean, the guy isn't going to start praising Bush for anything, that'd be going against what he's trying to show; all the wrongdoings of the Bush administration. Hell, it's hard to find anything good they've done anyways. :p

People call it propaghanda; it isn't. Propghanda is based on lies. All of the point MIchael Moore made are from direct credible news sources and the 9/11 commission report.
