On the band's site, Payableondeath.com, you can preview a couple new songs throughout studio segments. The studio segments are in the Teatro Del Ghetto section of the site. New songs that may appear on the band's followup to 2003's "Payable On Death" include "ESPN', "120", "Thursday", "Everytime I Die". It is revealed in one of the episodes on Teatro Del Ghetto that the album will consist of 11 songs.

Honestly, I hate the sound... I was a fan of P.O.D. in the old days, but if you ask me, their sound has gradually degraded over the years. I was happy when they said they were going to try and make a record like their first few, but it doesn't sound like that's the case. I'll wait for the final stuff for a full judgement, though... maybe it's just too rough for me to like, but it sounds too much like their last album for me.

I really like the acoustic song, that's some cool stuff.

I'm not highly awaiting the new P.O.D album, but I'm still anticipating it.

Just like Mark put it. I'm not going nuts over it, but I am awaiting it. I loved "Payable on Death", so I wouldn't mind if they just kept that sound.

Adema, Linkin Park, Static-X, 30 Seconds to Mars, Breaking Benjamin, Orgy, The Adored, Pressure 4-5, Apex Theory, VoKEE, Ontronik, Spineshank, Ringer, Strata, Ra, Third Eye Blind, ...

So, yes, I like a lot of things that appeal to my preference. This doesn't :)

Jason Truby added a cool element to POD but yah I wold agree that Marcos was definitely better for them. Either way I'm looking forward to their new album just casue there has been shit for releases in the past 4-6 months.

I dunno why so many people like Marcos so much, I mean, yeah he's good but Truby adds more diversity to the band, I feel. I mean, they're different to begin with but with Payable on Death, the songs seemed to vary a lot more and had more melody/harmony than their previous CDs. I enjoyed each of their CDs but I think they're better off with Jason Truby.
