ok guys and girlz ... dnt hate me for this but for some reason I think Remixing "With You" for the album "Reanimation" wrecked a great song ... one of my most favourite LP songs ... Chester sounds totally out of tune ... the original is sooo much better ... anyone agree? For me it has to be one of the only crappy tracks on "Reanimation" ... the rest of the album was great!

 

it's one of the better tracks , aceyalone has a nice new verse on it there's nothing wrong with it

 

That wasn't really bad. Some other tracks were worse off. Like My>Dsmbr.

 

I liked the remix. The beat was awesome and I think Chester did a great job. But hey, we all have our own opinions!

With You Reanimation style was, IMO, better than the With You on Hybrid Theory.
My December Reanimation style was pretty good, but I could really do without the chick singing along with Chester on the chorus, but maybe that's me.

i like it it's one of the better tracks on the album, i like the begining with the come on its pretty sweet cuz of the heavy playing in it its good to listen to it loud, trust me i know i play it in my living room lol when my parents are gone- home sound system with bass n stuff.

 

i dont know. its surely one of the better remixes off of "reanimation". there are some brutal ones, which ruined the original songs as fuck. the live performance is another thing. i hate them for putting the reanimted-chorus into the live version. the HT-version sounds way more better when it comes to the live show. word.

 

It's good, but it really depresses me for some reason. 0_o

I like the Reanimation over the Hybrid Theory one, just because of the beginning and of Aceyalone.

 

It wasn't ruined, but I like the one on HT more. The instrumental (on the meteora DVD) sounds great. I really like the old beat in With You, but the strings and samples used in the remix were very good, and made the song have a depressing beauty. The My December remix was very good, especially the beat. Can't say if I like the original more. If I weren't sick of it, I would probably say the original is better.

i don't know why but i love that song too much, ht, reanimation.. chester's 'come onn' is the best part.. this song is awesome, i can't find an adjective to describe..

It was not out of tune. Chester changed some of the melody during the chorus.

 

I agree with you. In the End was better than all of the remixes.
