Hav u guys noticed that Session & Numb do not merge like the other songs do?! Session finishes unfinished [Wow CLEVER thought ] and then Numb begins somehow out of nowhere?! This made me think that there might have been another song inbetween...... What u think ?
I noticed a couple of songs that does that I think. It might of only been those 2 but I am to lazy to get Meteora at the moment and listen to it.
I think thatsession went really good but after where it was cut off Joe mad a mistake and didn't want to re-do the song. So they just cut it off. Because at the end of Session just before it gets cut off, it doesn't sound too rich . I'm not saying that it's bad or anything, I'm just saying that its a bit high pitched like fingernails on a chalkboard
They finished it like that because they wanted it finished like that, or they would have finished it another way.
I thought it was kinda stupid having the songs connected like this anyways. Cause when you try to just put the CD on random it sounds kinda stupid. The CD is short enough already they shouldn't have done this. But I also noticed that there really isn't a link between two other songs, I can't remember which two but I know there really isn't a link. But ohhh well LP rules.
did anyone besides me discover the sound at the end of Session sounds alot like the sound in The Matrix? remember when neo, dove into agent smith and blew him apart, and all you could hear was "wowww..". and remember the beginning where we're venturing through the program of green and black letters and the same sound comes up? it's very alike! R.Diddy - one song that sounds great even when it's on random is Don't Stay, Foreword ends at just the right time.
i think its better, like in the beggining when forward starts to play and then suddenly in blends in with Don't Stay
everytime I listen to session I remember the green weird letters coming from the top of the screen. I think that's when they will put "session". It could be at the very begining of the movie when they put the green letters or at the end, starting the credits.
Session had this familair sound in it..i cant really explain but i felt like i heard it somewhere before...could be from the matrix like someone said before
Actually, there is a connection between VERY two songs that are one after another. It's like they want to say a story (that's what L.P. said about HT), and maybe it's the reason why they spend do much time mixing. They want to find the fitting sound links to combine the songs... :chemist:
